We offer a 60-day risk-free trial starting from the day your order is delivered.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return and refund within this period.

We encourage you to use the product in your normal sleep routine so you can fully experience the difference it makes.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be returned in original packaging
Include all accessories and components
Include proof of purchase

Normal use during your trial period is allowed and does not affect your eligibility for a return.

Once your request is approved, we will send return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

We’ll make it right with either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original order first and placing a new order once the return is approved.

EU Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is delivered to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and proof of purchase.
